About the seminar
This two-day seminar explores the science of how dogs learn and the practical strategies that help training remain reliable in real-world environments. Designed for dog owners and curious trainers, the seminar examines why behaviour changes, why training sometimes breaks down, and how to rebuild consistency using modern training principles.
Topics include learning theory, reinforcement and motivation systems, generalization and proofing strategies, and the influence of environment and handler behaviour on training outcomes. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of canine behaviour while learning practical ways to strengthen reliability and communication with their dogs.
The seminar will be presentation and discussion based, supported by examples, case studies, and video demonstrations.
